Welcome to the EnterTrack Documentation Wiki. This documentation is divided into several manuals:

Short History

TIMCO IT/Software Development began the development of EnterTrack as the result of our installation / evaluation of Issue-Tracker as an issue tracking solution to replace the expensive commercial system we had in place at the time. The IT group at TIMCO Aviation is an extremely small band of less than 20 techs, administrators, engineers, and programmers that supports a company currently employing approx. 4000 people daily. Consequently, we rely heavily upon an artifact management system to store and track the progress of hardware, software, network, and telecom issues that come into our respective queues.

Following our initial 30-day evaluation of Issue-Tracker 4.0.1, we began a period of development that resulted in the first release of EnterTrack. Since that time, several individuals have worked to develop the software. The effort continues, and any assistance is welcome. Please contact the project administrators if you are interested in helping out.
